REC’s (RECOGNIZED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS Tar Roof Layer contained 5-7% chrysotile asbestos, Window Glazing contained 1-2% chrysotile asbestos. The analytical results confirmed that the extract from the produced TCLP sample was below the Hazardous Waste Classification threshold limit of 5 ppm (parts per million) or 5 mg/l (milligrams per liter). The waste stream can be classified as a Category I Low Lead.
